horstzwipp™️...

..is the personal brand and public persona of Horst Zwipp, a German entrepreneur in the fields of marketing, advertising, event management, motorsport and charity projects with activities in Germany, Mallorca and internationally. Under the label horstzwipp™️, he combines his activities as an agency owner, artist manager, social media personality and initiator of charitable campaigns.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Life and professional career

Horst Zwipp comes from Schorndorf (Baden-Württemberg) and founded his first advertising company in 1977, which later developed into the zwippgruppe and the consulting agency zwippconsult. His professional focus is on marketing and advertising concepts, corporate design, event and concert organisation, and management for artists, athletes and companies.

 

For several years, Zwipp also worked as a presenter at one of the first German private radio stations, where he hosted his own shows for around six years. This work gave him access to a wide network of artists – from local up-and-coming bands to internationally renowned acts – whom he supported through interviews and special programmes; these contacts subsequently developed into his professional artist management business.

Artist management in the music and sports sectors

Horst Zwipp has been and continues to be active in artist management and tour organisation for national and international musicians through his agency.The artists he has managed or worked with include Chris Thompson (former singer of Manfred Mann's Earth Band), Manfred Mann's Earth Band, the Moody Marsden Band (associated with Whitesnake, among others), guitarist Colin John and other international acts. His portfolio also includes collaborations with other rock, blues and pop artists, for whom he has taken on tasks in the areas of management, promotion, tour organisation and event conception. These activities complement his work for corporate events and brand appearances.

 

In addition to music, Zwipp has been active in motorsport for decades, particularly in management. He has been working for many years with the official FIA Formula 1 Safety Car driver Bernd Mayländer, whom he has been managing on a long-term basis and with whom he has realised additional projects such as his own product and wine editions.

46664 and Nelson Mandela Foundation

Through his agency's artist management, Horst Zwipp joined the Nelson Mandela Foundation in 2003 and attended the first 46664 concert in Cape Town, a campaign dedicated to Nelson Mandela's former prisoner number and committed to the fight against HIV/AIDS. This collaboration led to the establishment in 2005 of the official representative office of 46664, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Nelson Mandela Foundation, for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, which was managed by Zwipp and his agency

Nelson Mandela 90th Birthday Concert London Hyde Park

As part of this work, Horst Zwipp was largely responsible for the idea, concept, realisation and financing of the ‘90th Birthday Celebration Concert’ for Nelson Mandela in June 2008 in Hyde Park, London, which was organised as a benefit concert in honour of Mandela. The concert is listed in rankings of the world's most financially successful charity events, where it is named the 20th most profitable charity concert. 

Charity projects and other activities

In addition to his work for 46664, Horst Zwipp has initiated other fundraising and charity projects, including the Remstal project ‘BesaHorschdle’, which has been connecting regional partners from the wine and delicatessen trade for charitable purposes since 2018. He also regularly appears as a speaker, interview partner and networker in the fields of business, culture, motor sports and social engagement.

Horst Zwipp is currently working intensively on his first music album with the working title zwippchology. The release is planned for early 2026.
